EZ-Just mixture screw for Harley CV carburetors

The Keihin model CVK CV (34, 40, 44) type carburetor and the Keihin butterfly carburetor use very similar idle mixture screws. I have an EZ-Just idle needle for both the CV and butterfly Keihin carburetors used on Harley Davidson and some Kawasaki motorcycles.

Mixture screw Repack Kit

The idle screw spring, washer and o-ring are frequently lost and many perfectly good CV and butterfly carburetors were shelved because these items were not available. I have a kit that includes the spring, washer and o-ring. This kit will work on all Harley Davidson CV and butterfly carburetors and the CVK40 and CVK34 models used on Kawasaki motorcycles and other brands using the CV / CVK Keihin carburetors.

Hi-Flow Fuel inlet elbow

The inlet fuel elbow used on both the Keihin CV (CVK) and the butterfly carburetor is plastic and breaks easily. I have the Hi-Flow fuel inlet elbow that will not break and it will flow more fuel than the stock elbow. This elbow will work on all Keihin carburetors used on Harley Davidson, Kawasaki and some other brands that use the CVK40 or CVK34 (CV 34, 40, 44) carburetors
