John's Motorcycle Parts policies
 

I have a basic philosophy and approach to doing business. I'll be straight forward and honest with you and you do the same. I run a simple business part time after normal work and on weekends. I worked at Direct Parts for a while and knew the CCP by Direct Parts product line was solid and are well designed. I started setting up Keihin CV carburetors for myself and friends and they were always impressed by the functionality of the EZ-Just needle and the Hi-Flow elbow. When Direct Parts shut down I was offered a chance to buy the rights to the product line. Since I run this business part time, I do not have a business phone so all communication is via email. A valid, working email address is critical so please make sure it is correct when contacting JCP.

 

Ordering:

  • All orders are either through Pay pal, Credit card via Pay pal or by cashiers check or money order. No COD's are accepted.
  • I check orders daily and attempt to ship within 1-3 business days maximum.
  • You will be sent email updates as your order changes status.
  • If there are any problems with your order I will contact you via email ASAP.
  • I except orders from the USA and Canada only. Canadian customers: A stateside delivery address speeds your order delivery!

Shipping:

  • All orders are shipped via USPS First Class mail.
  • An automatic email will be sent when the order is processed for shipping.

Warranty:

  • All JCP products have a lifetime warranty for manufacturers defects. Dakota kid products are warranted by Dakota Kid not by JCP.
  • I am not responsible for damaged products from improper use or installation.
  • I am not responsible for anything other than my products proper fit and function on the fitment listing.
  • I will replace defective products free of charge at my discretion. I will not pay for return shipping for any reason. I do pay for USPS First Class mail on the exchange products I ship.

Privacy policy:

  • JCP does not sell, distribute, or give away email address or personal information of any type.
  • JCP does not process credit cards so no credit card information is ever asked for. Pay pal conducts all credit card transactions off site on their secure systems.
  • JCP store is SSL secured for your safety and privacy.
  • If you are asked for any credit card information do not give it! JCP does not require c/c info under any circumstances. Please report any such solicitation directly to John at JCP ASAP.
