John's Motorcycle Parts policies
 

I have a basic philosophy and approach to doing business. I'll be straight forward and honest with you and you do the same. In our efforts to bring quality parts to you at near wholesale prices all communication is via email. A valid, working email address is critical so please make sure it is correct when contacting JCP.

 

Ordering:

  • All orders are either through Pay pal, Credit card via Pay pal or by cashiers check, money order or personal check. All checks must clear my bank before I will ship your order so please allow for this clearing time. No COD's are accepted.
  • Orders are processed M-F during normal business hours and ship within 1-3 business days.
  • You will be sent an email update with your order status.
  • If there are any problems with your order you will be contacted via email.
  • Orders accepted from the USA, Canada, UK, and Australia only.

Shipping:

  • All orders are shipped via USPS (Mail).
  • An automatic email will be sent when the order is processed for shipping.
  • Orders paid by check will be held until the funds clear the bank.
  • Returns are only accepted with a RA (return authorization) and will incur a 15% restocking fee in addition to any non-refundable shipping charges. Return goods received used or unsellable will not be accepted or refunded.

Warranty:

  • All JCP products have a lifetime warranty for manufacturers defects. Dakota kid products are warranted by Dakota Kid not by JCP.
  • I am not responsible for damaged products from improper use or installation.
  • I am not responsible for anything other than my products proper fit and function on the fitment listing.
  • JCP, CVP, or their resellers are not liable for any damages or injury whatsoever.
  • Defective products will be replaced free of charge at my discretion. I will not pay for return shipping for any reason. I do pay for USPS (Mail) on the exchange products I ship.

Close Out Catalog

  • The condition of items in the close out catalog are as described to the best of my ability.
  • If an item is opened or has been installed I will state that it has been. I may open a box to take an image of the product for clarity.
  • I do not buy from any distributors. I buy from various shops in the Southwest.
  • Most manufacturers will not warranty items as they are not sold by a "dealer"
  • I warranty items to be as described.
  • I do not guarantee fitment of any products. I list the manufacturers fitment only.
  • Email me with any questions before ordering!
  • I make all efforts to keep inventory accurate. If an item is not available due to an inventory error I will promptly refund your payment in full.

Privacy policy:

  • JCP does not sell, distribute, or give away email addresses or personal information of any type.
  • JCP does not process credit cards so no credit card information is ever asked for. Pay pal conducts all credit card transactions off site on their secure systems. That information is not visible to JCP or anyone other than the bank/card processor.
  • JCP store is SSL secured for your safety and privacy.
  • If you are asked for any credit card information do not give it! JCP does not require c/c info under any circumstance. Please report any such solicitation directly to John at JCP or your bank ASAP.
