Thank you for visiting our online store. In our efforts to bring quality parts to you at near wholesale prices all communication is via email. A valid, working email address is critical so please make sure it is correct when contacting JCP.

 

Ordering:

  • All orders are taken online only and payment is either through Paypal, Credit card via Paypal, or by cashiers check or money order. Due to the high number of fraudulent checks we no longer accept personal checks. All payments must clear the bank before I will ship your order so please allow for this clearing time. No COD's are accepted.
  • Orders are processed M-F during normal business hours and ship within 3 business days. Actual shipping time will vary based on the US Postal Service.
  • You will be sent an email update with your order status.
  • If there are any problems with your order you will be contacted via email.
  • Orders accepted from the USA only.Please contact CV Performance for international ordering.

Shipping:

  • All orders are shipped via USPS First-Class Mail. We use First-Class mail in order to provide customers with free or low cost shipping where applicable. Delivery times may vary depending on holidays, weather, postal worker laziness, or other factors beyond our control.
  • An automatic email will be sent when the order is processed for shipping.
  • Returns are only accepted with a RA (return authorization) and will incur a 15% restocking fee in addition to any non-refundable shipping charges. Return goods received used or unsellable will not be accepted or refunded.

Warranty:

  • All CVP products are warrantied against manufacturers defects. Dakota kid products are warranted by Dakota Kid not by JCP.
  • JCP is not responsible for damaged products from improper use or installation.
  • WE are not responsible for anything other than the products proper fit and function on the fitment listing. Using a product on anything other than what is listed voids all warranties and will not be eligible for return.
  • JCP, CVP, or their resellers are not liable for any damages or injury whatsoever.
  • Any products determined to be defective will be replaced at our discretion.  The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

Close Out Catalog

  • The condition of items in the close out catalog are as described to the best of my ability.
  • If an item is opened or has been installed I will state that it has been. I may open a box to take an image of the product for clarity.
  • Most manufacturers will not warranty closeout items.
  • All close out and sale items are sold as-is and all sales are final.
  • I do not guarantee fitment of any closeout product. I list the manufacturers fitment only.
  • Email me with any questions before ordering!
  • I make all efforts to keep inventory accurate. If an item is not available due to an inventory error I will promptly refund your payment in full.

Privacy policy:

  • JCP does not sell, distribute, or give away email addresses or personal information of any type.
  • JCP does not process credit cards so personal credit card information is NEVER asked for. Paypal conducts all credit card transactions off site on their secure systems which insures security for both buyer and seller. That information is not visible to JCP or anyone else.
  • If you are asked for any credit card information do not give it! JCP does not require c/c info under any circumstance nor will anyone at JCP ask for it. Please report any such solicitation directly to JCP or your bank ASAP.
